Our unit is a fourth floor condominium with southeast exposure/private balcony, with a wonderful beach/oceanview, and Halifax River view. Relax on the beach, in the heated pool and jacuzzi, or visit Florida's attractions; Orlando/Kissimmee area.
Policies
Smoke Free: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow smoking in the condo or on the balcony. You can smoke at the pool and on the beach.
No Pets: The Sunglow Resort does not allow any pets. I'm sorry but we don't have the ability to make any exceptions.

We must collect a 12.5% tourist tax on the rent and cleaning fee.
Payments
We require the first $100 to hold the reservation and the balance 3 weeks before your arrival date. We accept PayPal, personal checks and money orders drawn on a US bank are also accepted. Note there is a $10 service charge for using PayPal.
