This is strictly a smoke-free unit, including the balcony.

Rentals have a 7 night  minimum and a 4 night minimum in the Fall, after Labor Day.


King-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, large private balcony, full kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, 2 coffee makers (filter and single-serve), kitchen utensils, central air conditioning/heat, cable on flatscreen TVs, DVD player, free local calls, free high-speed wireless internet. We are new owners currently updating the unit.  Check back for updated photos.  New paint colors, drapes on the sliding glass door, area rugs, comforter, sheets, pillows, towels and beach towels, dishes, glasses, silverware, beachy-themed wall art and lamps--and much more...


Smoke Free: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow smoking in the condo or on the balcony. You can smoke at the pool and on the beach.
No Pets: The Sunglow Resort building does not allow any pets. I'm sorry but we don't have the ability to make any exceptions.

Weekly Seasonal Rate:  April 1 thru Labor Day $695.00 + $65 Cleaning + $95 Taxes plus a REFUNDABLE Security Deposit of $250.00
Weekly Off-Season Rate:  Labor Day thru December 30 $595.00 + $65 Cleaning + $82.50 Taxes plus a REFUNDABLE Security Deposit of $250.00
7 Night Minimum and Special Rates for Special Events
Please contact the owner for a quote of your specific dates. 


We require the first $250 to hold the reservation and the balance 30 days  before your arrival date for weekly rentals and 60 days before arrival date for monthly rentals. We accept credit cards through our website.  Personal checks and money orders drawn on a US bank are also accepted.

New Owners.  New Look.  Flatscreen TVs, Dining Table with 4 chairs, new stools, new end tables and coffee tables, new sofa sleeper, new headboard, triple-dresser with mirrors and chest, new bedding, rugs and linens, dishes and glasses and wall decor...

The private 5th floor balcony overlooks the ocean, beach and Sunglow Pier. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf. 

The eating area has a table and 4 chairs, plus a breakfast bar with bar stools.

The living room has a sliding glass door that opens out onto the balcony where you get plenty of sunshine and a great view of the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, and plenty of dishes and utensils.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, plenty of storage, privacy, and a second flatscreen TVand its own entrance to the bathroom.

The bedroom has its own entrance to the large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The bathroom also has an entrance from the hall.

There are charcoal grills for cooking out on the deck at the north end of the ocenafront pool and spa area.
